EBJ Vertical Jump Program is a scientific cutting edge 12-week program that will increase your vertical jump and overall athleticism. The program is broken down into 3 phases. Each phase consists of 3 weeks of strength and plyometric training and 1 week of recovery. The workouts in the EBJ Vertical Jump Program are separated into 3 days with a rest day every other day.
